This installation in a hardware store recontextualizes an existing Bosch display, a stone block with drills mounted on it, by placing it on a wooden floor and positioning a white wall behind it. As a readymade, the work does not bring the object into the exhibition space but instead brings the exhibition space to the object. This inversion challenges conventional display formats and highlights the tension between art and everyday life through a subtle shift in context.
